Ryan is the former CEO of PropertyShark, recently sold to California-based Yardi, a property management software company. At PropertyShark, along with founder Matthew Haines, Ryan grew the fledgling firm from zero to 50+ employees, expanding the company’s business to seven profitable service lines and over 300,000 users in dozens of urban markets across the United States.

Ryan has an MBA from Stanford Business School, and has previously worked in internet marketing and business development for Amazon.com and Sun Microsystems. He began his career in 1991 as a real estate agent in California, during college. Ryan was named one of 40-under-40 Rising Stars by Crain’s Business New York and one of the two hundred most influential New Yorkers by New York Magazine.
