Paul Zweben
What are Two Things New Yorkers Talk About Most? Real Estate and Restaurants… Paul Zweben epitomizes them both.

With the goal of “making every guest in his restaurants happy”, Paul started his career in 1979, cooking with passion at some of the finest establishments in the country. After working at River Café and the Breakers Hotel, he formed a restaurant partnership in 1993 which made him a major part of fine dining establishments such as RAIN, CALLE OCHO, BLT PRIME AND DJANGO

In 1993 Paul found his second passion, real estate, and bought his first apartment building in what was then the unknown Windsor Terrace section of Brooklyn. He continued to accumulate ownership of deeds and managed multiple residences throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Today, an extreme “whatever it takes attitude” in both fields is what makes Paul Zweben your ideal real estate agent for either side of the transaction. Whether it is buying or selling a home, Paul and his Partner, Carolyn Zweben, Vice President of Prudential Douglas Elliman, serve up the best residences for their customers, while catering to the needs of their owners.

Paul will be participating as a panelist in the Master Bloggers and Microbloggers panel.

Why you should listen to Paul:
Paul has mastered the art of niche marketing by combining his love for food and restaurants with his passion for real estate. By carving out a clear niche, Paul is able to connect authentically with his desired demographic of highly affluent buyers who share his love of fine cuisine. Consequently, Paul has closed millions in sales that never would have occurred without his blogging efforts. Attend Paul’s panel to learn more about how he does it and discover your own lucrative blogging niche.
