Jonathan Miller is the President and CEO of Miller Samuel, a leading real estate appraisal and consulting firm he co-founded in 1986. The firm provides appraisal services on roughly $5 billion worth of property per year in the New York City metropolitan area including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, The Hamptons/North Fork, Northern New Jersey, Westchester County and Fairfield County, CT. He is a well-regarded real estate prognosticator, speaking regularly on US and regional housing issues in the media including Bloomberg, CNBC, CNN, ABC, Fox and others.
He serves on the New York City Mayor’s Economic Advisory Panel representing the residential real estate sector and has participated in studies on valuation issues with academic institutions including New York University, Princeton University, Columbia University and Baruch College. He was selected as one of the 100 Most Powerful People in Real Estate by the New York Observer and recognized by Inman News as one of the top 25 most influential real estate bloggers in the country.
